This was a fairly nice stay for a business trip. The room was well-maintained and freshly renovated in general, with 1 queen bed. The location turned out to be particularly good and excellent, near to many very nice restaurants, Downtown, and Schaumburg. Furthermore, in the Chicago area.

The location was comfortable and close to the freeway, making it easy to travel around. the room was freshly renovated, neat, and had a 1 queen bed – we had a lovely time. - the hotel employees were very helpful.

loved the room and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!
Too many young children unsupervised....running the halls and the elevator....wet floors in the lobby and the elevator due to the kids going in and out of the pool....staff could not keep up with the water on the floor!

We loved the cozy rooms with 1 queen bed and the fantastic location near the highway; we also appreciated that there was a lake nearby, just a 30-minute walk from here.

It was very clean and comfortable and quiet and the staff were very nice ! The room was warm and had a great powerful shower with lots of hot water !
The location was terrible and I was stuck without a car there for a day due to family stuff so that was kinda my own fault !

The breakfast was ok, however one morning they were out of everything. No omlets, no sausage, I left. Your employee Dawn saved our stay, after no sleep the first night she moved us to another room.
On the night of 11 Oct we returned to our room after a class re-union and our neighboring room openned and closed the door at least 75 times, knocked on our door 5 times. It all ended at 5 AM. Sorry but someone from your staff should have intervened. I probably will never stay at the Hampton again. Sorry.
